The Ocean Server upgrade scheduled for May 23rd, 2024 at 9:30 PM EST contains the following improvements and fixes.
Provider Network
Improvements:
- The Referral History icon will now be site specific and show accurately for both Receivers, Senders, Central Intakes, and for forwards if there are other referrals with the same patient.
- Improved business rule alignment of the calculation of eReferral purging rules.
Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed a bug that was causing an error message when clicking on "View the eReferral" in the Needs Review email notifications.
- Fixed a bug causing eReferrals with updated Wait Times to appear in the Deletion Warnings folder when they were not due to be purged.
- Fixed a bug causing eReferrals to be imported into the EMR if the scheduling fields were clicked on prior to a 'decline' action.
- Resolved issue that impacted the Med Access Chrome Extension automated task type assignment mapping for Gynecology.
- Resolved issue that was preventing the eFax-specific designations from appearing in the Healthmap and Referral Analytics.
Patient Engagement
Improvements:
- Same-day appointments booked by existing patients through Online Booking, will now immediately appear in the Ocean Day Sheet.
Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed a Cohort Messaging bug that was causing inconsistent health number hashing in bulk patient uploads.
Platform
Improvements:
- New Licence Management for Online Booking, Patient Messaging and Reminders
- Added a new Licence Management page to the Admin Settings Page
- Introduced user-friendly workflows to add and remove Online Booking, Patient Reminder and Patient Messages Licences
- Migrated all existing licence assignments to the new Licence Management page.
- The Patient Reminders Settings page will now display the number of licensed EMR Schedules that Reminder Rules are running against.
- Online Booking Schedules will now display the EMR Schedule they are configured against underneath the patient-friendly name.
- Online Booking Schedules now require the EMR Schedule to have a licence prior to activating them. Users will be redirected to the new Licence Management page to do this.
Admins can only select licensed EMR schedules when setting up and configuring new Online Booking Schedules.
Enabled Online Booking Links will now display an orange status bar if there are no active Booking Schedules associated with them. - The Users Export has been updated with the following changes; the 'Linked EMR Provider' column was removed, the 'Clinician Type' column renamed to 'User Role', and 'License Mapped to User' column updated to 'Patient Messages Licence Type' with the following values: "Message", "Clinic Support" and "Sitewide"
Fixed Bugs:
- Corrected bug impacting the calculation of the Online Booking monthly fee.
