The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of November 20th, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Provider Network
Improvements
- Provider Network bilingual functionality available to all users.
- When a receiver's Ocean site language is set to French, PDFs will automatically be generated and downloaded in French.
- Configuration options for bilingual email notifications, allowing admins to set the preferred display order for English or French content first.
- Updated logic so that users who have declined a referral do not get Needs Review status and notifications on that referral.
- (Ontario Health) Updated Ocean's PCCG integration to the v0.12.4 Referral and eConsult HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide.
Fixed Bugs
- Improved data handling for referral addresses to prevent errors caused by missing secondary address lines.
- Fixed an alignment issue where the “Accepting eRequests” icon occasionally displayed in the wrong position in Healthmap search results.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
- Ocean now clears attachments immediately when a user removes them, ensuring unsent files no longer persist between sessions.
- Added patient-level restrictions for clinics using the Patient Authenticated Website Form.
Fixed Bugs
- Resolved issue where note prefix is being translated to the browser language instead of the provider language.
- Fixed an issue where reminder rule cancellation windows were not being respected when multiple rules applied to the same appointment.
