Provider Network
Improvements
- When a user attempts to add an unvalidated directory listing as a copied referral recipient a note will pop up informing them that this is not possible.
- Made appointment timing clearer for patients by displaying the clinic’s time zone beside appointment times in referral appointment email notifications.
- Updated Ocean Healthmap map behaviour so Canadian listing searches and map interactions are better localized to Canada (e.g. Lake Ontario).
- Updated referral-based One Time Booking Links so referral sender and receiver systems receive a FHIR update message when a patient books or cancels an appointment through the link.
- Made the Pan-Canadian eReC v1.2 receiver API available for integrators and updated integration labels to more clearly distinguish supported and beta specification versions.
- Included completed markable diagrams in generated eSubmission PDFs so diagram-based form responses are preserved in the submission record.
- Added support for patient demographic updates received through the CA:eReC eSubmission API, allowing external systems to update the same patient information supported in the Ocean user interface.
- Added success and failure events to the eSubmission event log for outbound CA:eReC messages, making it easier to confirm whether integration messages were delivered successfully.
- Improved FHIR appointment handling so Ocean respects appointment duration when an integration sends a start time and duration without an explicit end time.
- Added secondary identifier fields to directory listing configuration so Site Administrators can include additional listing identifiers in FHIR payloads sent to the PCCG (Note: This feature is currently scoped to Ocean integrations with Ontario Health).
- Improved the Regional Authority approval page so filters and searches do not need to be reset after a listing is approved.
Fixed Bugs
- Improved referral note PDFs so notes and canned messages display as readable text instead of raw HTML markup.
- Resolved a concurrency error that could occur when users launched Ocean Healthmap from directory listing configuration page “View” button.
- Resolved intermittent errors that could occur when editing a directory listing or adding public comments on a directory listing’s health service offerings.
- Users can now change the language on the login page before signing in, and the page will update correctly.
- Ensured the visibility of the asterisk next to mandatory fields in eSubmission forms.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
- Improved the Health Messenger multi-form experience by separating forms more clearly, preventing patients from returning to edit forms that have already been submitted, and adding clearer submission messages when additional forms remain.
- Made appointment timing clearer for patients by displaying the clinic’s time zone beside appointment times in Online Booking appointment email notifications.
- Improved One Time Booking Link appointment submissions so the booking timestamp is included consistently in the Online Booking submission record.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed the Day Sheet tab so invalid appointment date filters no longer cause server errors when the tab is reopened.
Platform
Improvements
- Resolved eForm display issues so embedded videos scale correctly and buttons with long labels wrap within the form.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed invalid FHIR AppointmentResponse generation for reminder-sent actions so connected FHIR systems receive valid reminder update messages.
