The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of April 16th, 2026 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Provider Network
Improvements
Providers who send referrals to Ontario Health eFax destinations will now only have access to actions that are supported by eFax (Note: messaging, updating the referral or editing patient details are not supported by eFax destinations).
Test listings configured to be in “demo mode” are now included in the Ontario Health PHSD directory sync and clearly identified as “demo” listings.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
Updated the minimum supported tablet version to 191. Devices running earlier versions are now required to upgrade to continue use.
Updated the patient details panel so the patient’s name appears as a clear, clickable link for quick access to the patient dashboard.
Fixed Bugs
- Resolved an Online Booking issue so that patient-level booking duration restrictions are correctly reflected in slot availability when combined with booking window restrictions.
