The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of February 12, 2026 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Improvements
- Early access feature that enables Med Access and Accuro users to configure EMR Notifications for key events in the lifecycle of an Ocean eRequest (Nova Scotia Health Authority).
- Sender/receiver site identifiers were added to the V12.x FHIR payloads sent to PCCG to support better traceability (Ontario Health).
- Improved how referrals are categorized and displayed when they are declined by the PCCG due to a technical delivery failure (Ontario Health).

Fixed Bugs
- Health Messenger eForms now block blank or invalid submissions and display clearer error messaging when submission issues occur.
- Patients who open an appointment reminder link on desktop for a cancelled, rebooked, or past appointment will now be taken to the “Appointment Not Found” page.
