The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of December 11th, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

- The Needs Review Folder Listing filter now includes all referrals with new messages (included referrals that have been declined).
- (Ontario Health) Ocean will automatically decline referrals that can’t be delivered to the PCCG after repeated technical retry failures.
- Minor updates to bilingual wording across the platform.

- Fixed an issue such that Online Appointment Booking now reliably saves appointment type mappings without setup errors.
- Improved bilingual language handling for appointment cancellation flows in both the Health Messenger and Online Appointment Booking pathways.

- Improvements to single sign on process when launching Ocean from an integrated EMR, ensuring users receive two factor authentication prompts. Accuro users will be able to set two factor authentication prompt intervals.
