The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of September 18th, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Provider Network
Improvements
- New setting that allows users to disable their folder count display on the eReferral & eConsult dashboard page that may improve load times in the portal.
Fixed Bugs
- Autofill template dropdown will once again display the template options, allowing users to pick and apply them to their eRequest forms.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
- Patient queries in the FHIR EMR Module have been updated to include a POST Patient/_search option to exclude PHI from parameters, ensuring greater privacy protection and compliance with standards.
- Appointment cancellation is disabled for same day reminders.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed an edge case where patients could attempt to re-cancel an already cancelled appointment.
- Added validation logic to Reminder cancellation configuration for same day appointments.
- Fixed an issue where the 'Verify' button on Health Messenger remained disabled when credentials were entered incorrectly.

Improvements
- Introduced a dedicated landing page in the Ocean Portal for Directory Listings. This update gives admin users a streamlined way to view, edit, and manage all Directory Listings claimed to their Ocean site, making it easier to keep information accurate and up to date.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed a 'Syntax Error' in the eForm editor that would appear when attempting to save the form if a particular expression was used in the 'Scripting and More' tab of the editor.
