The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of August 28th, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Improvements
- In OSCAR Pro, the "Save for Later" note, automatically created after clicking to save an eRequest to complete later, will now always be generated as an encounter note instead of a document.
- The PDFs of Website Forms will now display “eRequests for” or “Self Referral for” copy in them, depending on whether the Website Form is submitted as an eReferral or not.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed a regression in Healthmap search results where non-eReferral listing appears above an equivalent eReferral-accepting listing.
- Updated the 'eConsult' and 'eReferral' enabled values stored on Directory Listings to ensure licence counts under Regional Authority sites are correct.

- Patient Reminder emails now support appointment cancellations, enabling patients to manage their appointments directly through the Health Messenger interface.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed an issue where some Online Booking Submissions for new patients were missing basic demographic information.
