The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of March 13, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Fixed Bugs
- The ‘Bulk Update Wait Time’ feature, for adding an anticipated wait time to referrals, will now reliably work when the ‘Priority’ field is used to identify referrals to be updated.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
- Added new validation to Cloud Connect to verify up-to-date appointment information and enhance the reminders confirmation flow.
- Introduced a patient-facing webpage in the confirmation flow for appointments that have already been confirmed.
- Introduced a patient-facing webpage in the confirmation flow for appointments that are not found.
- Updated the SMS Confirmation Page in the confirmation flow to indicate invalid and already confirmed appointments.
Fixed Bugs
- Add additional retries to Walk-In appointment creation when there are delays due to Cloud Connect Cloud congestion.
- Fixed an issue where some appointments were missing from the Ocean Portal Day Sheet for high-volume clinics.
- Health Messenger now properly displays the reply confirmation message on mobile.
- Health Messenger no longer breaks after deleting a message with multiple attachments.
- Online Booking Links can now be edited even if they contain a deleted schedule configuration.
