The Ocean server upgrade scheduled for the evening of January 30th, 2025 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Provider Network
Improvements
- The Professional ID of the referring provider will no longer be a required field on Inbound referrals (referrals transcribed into Ocean from phone or fax by the recipient site).
Fixed Bugs
- When a referral is forwarded the health service description is now updated alongside the current health service, when appropriate.
- Launching into the HealthMap directly into Test Mode will no longer intermittently present the .hide() error.
- Bulk referral send actions no longer drop HTTP protocol from OAuth token requests.
Patient Engagement
Improvements
- New Cloud Connect setting for Accuro users to configure if their Online Booking notes download as Encounter Notes or as Documents within a folder.
Fixed Bugs
- Corrected an Accuro Online Booking issue where the incorrect time was booked in the EMR due to Daylight Savings Time change.
- Embedded links in email notifications will now take providers to the intended hyperlink destination rather than their default home page.
