Yes, patients can print, copy, and clear messages that have been sent to them within the Health Messenger.
Print All Messages

To generate a printable PDF containing all current messages within the Health Messenger, patients can use the 'Print all messages' option from the menu in the top right corner.
Note: This PDF does include any file attachments.

Copy/Clear Individual Messages
- To copy the text of an individual message to the patient's clipboard, they can use the 'Copy message text' option on the message.

- To clear an individual message from the patient's Health Messenger, they can use the 'Clear message' option on the message.
- After clicking 'Clear message', the patient must click 'Confirm clear'.

Clear All Messages
- To clear all messages from the patient's Health Messenger, they can use the 'Clear all messages' option from the menu in the top right corner.

- Before all messages are cleared, patients are prompted to explicitly confirm that they understand that deleted messages can't be recovered.
