The Ocean Server upgrade scheduled for March 21st, 2024 at 9:30 PM EST contains the following improvements and fixes.
Provider Network
Improvements:
- Added Priority and Protocol filters in the eReferrals & eConsult dashboard Pending Booking folder.
- Added a new Forwards filter in the eReferrals & eConsults dashboard Pending Booking folder for Central Intakes.
- Added request submitter/delegate Practitioner resource to the FHIR payload.
- Added a configuration option to allow the use of the patient's email address in the FHIR payload for patient email notifications instead of the patient's Ocean email address.
Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed an issue in the ReferralAnalytic export where the values of the integrationName and externalServiceId column were not displaying properly after a referral was forwarded.
- Minor Update to Ocean's v0.11.1 DocumentReference Resource to remove prefixes making the identifier simply be a UUID.
- Fixed bug with referral counts not updating when a portal filter is applied.
Patient Engagement
Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed bug causing Ocean’s FHIR Patient Engagement module to create redundant demographic notes for smoking status.
- Changed how Ocean updates a site’s appointment types during each sync to mitigate issues where there are mismatches between the previous and current set.
Platform
Improvements:
- Allow Regional Authority sites to manage Patient Engagement licence coverage separately from approving Directory Listings for the Provider Network.
- Sites with only test listings will now appear in the Regional Authority management pages.
Fixed Bugs:
- Accessibility improvement: EForm captions are no longer treated as headings by screenreaders.
