Provider Network

Improvements

    • Billing number is no longer mandatory.
    • Offering reference is correctly displayed at the bottom of each Health Service Offering page.
    • Support link updated for Directory Listings requiring validation.
    • Central Intake listings will no longer see the “Route to Central Intake” setting on their listing.
  • The formatting of the DOB column on the eReferrals & eConsults page in the portal has been updated to YYYY-MMM-DD (e.g. 2003-JAN-02), where the month is represented by a three-letter uppercase abbreviation, to improve clarity of patients' dates of birth.
  • Modified the 'eReferral'-specific copy on warnings in the Ocean Healthmap to be more generic ('eRequest' and/or 'request').
  • Added an eSubmission advanced search filter to the Healthmap.
  • Added the JHN code systems for Nova Scotia and Nunavut to the Ocean eReferral FHIR server.

Fixed Bugs

  • Modified the processing logic for calculating the referral archiving date so that it can only be extended into the future.
  • Fixed bug causing the eReferral filter in the Healthmap to include non-eReferral listing results.
  • Fixed a bug causing the referral URL generated after sending a referral to not launch the referral.
  • Included the correct JHN's type system value for FHIR PE messages.
  • Enabled Ocean’s SMART Launch to accept the correct JHN type system (v2-0203).
  • When sending eRequests, users will now only see and be able to select from active listings within the "Copy of referral and status updates to:" dropdown on the request form. Conversely, for users in test mode, they will be able to see and select test or demo listings within this field.
  • Deprecated Health Service Categories (HSC) will no longer appear as options in the HSC dropdown selection of the Directory Listings page.
  • Improved validation of the patient email field on eRequests to prevent the referral from being sent if more than one email is included.
  • Corrected the SNOMED code values associated with the Geriatric Behaviour and Geriatric Mental Heath Health Services HSCs.
