Provider Network

Improvements

  • To setup a Directory Listing to accept eConsults, the Listing Status must now be enabled alongside the individual Health Service Offering(s). The behaviour of these eConsult-only listings will now align with eReferral listings; correct billing, clear test mode prompts and validation warnings, and accurate status indicators in the Ocean Healthmap.
  • The ‘Wait Times’ configuration on Health Service Offerings will only be shown on Directory Listings being set up to accept eRequests.
  • For Directory Listings that will be accepting eRequests, a new setting is available to hide the Directory Listing’s address on the Ocean Healthmap and instead display a catchment area.

Fixed Bugs

  • Delete option now only appears on Inbound Referrals if they have not been forwarded.
  • The home phone number value, from the EMR source patient, will no longer be duplicated in the FHIR payload.

Patient Engagement

Improvements

  • Replaced the two-language toggle in Health Messenger with a flexible language dropdown that supports preferred browser language for supported locales.
  • Added a language dropdown to eForms to align translation logic across the Health Messenger interface.
  • Updated Health Messenger language bundles with new content to support recent features, including a full Spanish translation of the Health Messenger interface.
  • Users can now securely end their Health Messenger session at any time from the action menu.
  • Improved styling and copy on the Health Messenger intro page for a clearer, more user-friendly experience.

Fixed Bugs

  • Patient-friendly names for Alternate Configurations now display correctly in the confirmation email.
  • Resolved an issue where patients could skip health card version code validation during non-swipe check-in.
