The Ocean Server upgrade scheduled for January 18th, 2024 at 9:30 PM EST contains the following improvements and fixes.
Provider Network
Improvements:
- Early Access Program Users: Senders and Receivers in Accuro can now enable Referral documents to automatically be assigned.
- For OSCAR Pro, Ocean will now automatically convert heights with measuring instruction in inches to centimetres and weight in pounds to kilograms on eForms when coded to populate from @ptLatestVal.wt and @ptLatestVal.ht keywords.
- SMART launching sites can now specify the MRN and HCN IDs they want Ocean to use from their Patient.read resource.
Fixed Bugs:
- Referral History icon will no longer appear for Referrals without a past history at the same site going forward. Ensured that only receivers will see the Referral History icon and it is not displayed for Sent referrals.
- Fixed a bug that would result in a referral to move prematurely out of the Needs Review or For Me folder when the referral is saved.
- Fixed issue with redirected referrals showing duplicate referral attachments when using an integrated EMR.
- Implemented a solution to enable confirmation alerts for Patient Booking Information to retrieve Legacy Emails.
- Resolved bug causing the SMART launch to fail to read the business/work phone from the Patient.read resource.
- Corrected support article link in the eReferral Attachment Selector.
Patient Engagement
Improvements:
- Enhanced the Tablet Use Log Report by adding columns for the Patient Ref and EMR ID to improve tracking.
- Added the ability for users to customize the Online Booking appointment list.
Fixed Bugs:
- Users can now add 'On Demand' EMR Attachments within the Send Patient Message UI without the need for a page refresh.
- Online Booking calendar will now maintain correct navigation when moving to the next month in the scenario where there are no appointment slots available.
Platform
Improvements:
- Ocean Users can now establish Single-Sign-On for more than one EMR concurrently.
- Updated spf validation requirements for sites using their own email address to email patients.
