Learn how to browse through our core eForm library or the shared eForm library for a starting point for the Ocean eForms that you would like to use in your clinic.
- To get started, login to the Ocean Portal, open the the "Menu" in the top left corner and select "eForms".
The Core Ocean eForm Library
Using the search bar at the top, you can search through our extensive library of core Ocean eForms. These are eForms that have been created by OceanMD.
- To view a complete list of eForms that are available to your Ocean Site, open the 'More' menu and select 'Export All Forms Accessible to This Site'.
- This will download a .csv file that you can open in Microsoft Excel (or your spreadsheet software of choice) to view the complete list of eForms.
The Shared Ocean eForm Library
If you are searching for a specific form but you're unable to find it in the list of core Ocean eForms, you can search the shared library of Ocean eForms that contains all eForms created by Ocean users across the platform.
- You can access the shared eForm library by opening the 'More' menu and selecting 'View Shared Forms'
- You can search the shared eForm library for the name of a specific eForm or by the name of the Ocean Site that created it.
- You can 'Preview' the form to see what it looks like, and optionally use the 'Import' button to add it to your own Ocean Site's eForm library for your own use.
- After importing an eForm from the shared eForm library, you can 'Edit' it to customize it to your liking, 'Sever' it to make it completely independent from the source eForm, or 'Synch' it if you want to inherit changes made to the eForm by the original eForm creator.
- Rest assured, editing the eForm after you have imported it from another Ocean Site has no impact on the original eForm creator's version.
Creating New Ocean eForms
- If you still can't find the form you're looking for after browsing the existing core eForms and shared eForm library, you are welcome to create a new eForm from scratch by selecting 'Create New eForm' and following the Guide to Building eForms.
