Accuro Service Interruption Issue - May 15, 2026 [RESOLVED]

1:00 PM EST: We are tracking an issue affecting Accuro integrated clinics. The Accuro API appears to be intermittently non-responsive. Functionality within Ocean that requires real-time access to the Accuro API is currently impacted. This includes Online Booking, reminders, secure messages, and tablets, which will not work until the Accuro API is back online. EMR updates to patients from Ocean forms and referrals may be temporarily delayed, but will eventually be processed as normal when API access is restored for those affected sites. We are actively investigating and will provide updates here.  

1:20 PM EST: QHR is currently investigating this issue, we will continue monitoring and provide updates.

1:30 PM EST: We have been informed that QHR has resolved the API issue allowing Ocean actions to resume. There may be some limited processing delays as the backlogged queue is cleared. We will continue to monitor.

2:22 PM EST: The issue has now been resolved and Ocean Sites can now resume normal functionality of all Ocean products. Please contact the OceanMD Support team if you have any additional questions or require additional assistance.
