Accuro Service Interruption Issue - May 12, 2026 [RESOLVED]

May 12, 2026, 10:30 AM EST: We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting some Accuro EMR users to launch into Ocean using Accuro CDS links. The ability to send Patient Messages and eReferrals, directly from the Ocean Portal (ocean.cognisantmd.com) remains unaffected. Ocean Online Booking and Reminders are also unaffected at this time.

May 12, 2026, 11:00 AM EST: QHR is currently investigating this issue, we will continue monitoring and provide updates.

May 12, 2026, 1:00 PM EST: QHR has implemented a fix, we will continue monitoring and provide updates.

May 12, 2026, 1:20 PM EST:  The issue has now been resolved and Ocean Sites can now resume normal functionality of all Ocean products. Please contact the OceanMD Support team if you have any additional questions or require additional assistance.
