Accuro Integration Service Interruption July 16, 2021 [RESOLVED]

We're currently experiencing an issue affecting our CloudConnect Accuro integration service. We are investigating and will update this announcement as further information becomes available.

At 6:38pm EST Cloud Connect began receiving timeout errors from the Accuro API. Accuro is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the outage on their side. Our team is following up with QHR to determine when we can expect API service to resume.

At 10:27pm EST the API issue Cloud Connect has been experiencing appears to be resolved. (QHR's status page was updated to say all functionality is full restored as of 11:00pm after internal testing.)

We'll continue to keep an eye on API health today.
