We're excited to announce significant enhancements to the Directory Listings page in the Ocean Portal, making it easier to manage your clinic's profile in the Healthmap while providing a more intuitive setup process for eRequests, Online Booking, and Self-Serve Website forms.
With these changes, Ocean users can expect many benefits including:
- Streamlined Setup - Intuitive tab-based design with purpose-driven fields shows only what's relevant to your specific needs
- Enhanced User Experience - Searchable dropdowns and colour-coded status indicators make management faster and more intuitive
- Simplified Management - Patient engagement tools require fewer fields, reducing complexity and saving you time
- Seamless Transition - All your existing listings and settings are preserved with no changes to how you access them
This redesign will also create a foundation for upcoming enhancements, including improved eRequest customization, better support for eSubmissions, and streamlined workflows with better filtering and portal views.

All existing Directory Listings and settings will be preserved, and will be displayed in our newly redesigned interface which features:

- Listing Information - Basic details and listing purpose
- Health Service Offerings - Categories and specialties for eRequests
- Enablement - Activation settings for eRequests

- The new "Listing Purpose" field displays only relevant options based on your needs

- Searchable dropdown menus for easier HSO category management

- Colour-coded visual cues show if you're accepting eRequests or in test mode
