We're excited to unveil our dedicated eSubmission page, giving Ocean users a single, convenient place to find and review their eSubmissions. The new interface offers powerful search by patient last name, at-a-glance status insights, and a comprehensive form summary for essential context — all within a workflow purpose-built to better support both senders and third-party recipients.
All existing eSubmission sending workflows will remain the same. This update only changes where eSubmissions are accessed in Ocean, based on when they were sent.

- How you send eSubmissions today will not change.

Where to find your eSubmissions
- eSubmissions sent before May 8 will continue to appear on the eReferral & eConsult page.
- eSubmissions sent after May 8 will appear on the new, dedicated eSubmission page.

- You do not need to update your settings.
- This transition will happen automatically.
This update makes it easier to find eSubmissions in Ocean without changing how they are submitted.
