- Go to the Ocean Portal login page.
- Select the "Forgot Password?" option under the password entry box.
- You will be prompted to provide your Ocean user name and email address. Enter your information and click "Submit".
- You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Go to the Ocean Portal login page.
- Select the "Forgot User Name?" option under the user name entry box.
- You will be prompted to provide your email address. Type it in and click "Submit".
- You will then receive an email with your username and a link to log in to your Ocean account.
