February 6, 2026, 9:30 AM EST: We are tracking an issue that TELUS PS Suite has identified which impacts the Telus API. Functionality within Ocean that requires real-time access to the Telus API may be impacted, including but not limited to Online Booking. EMR updates to patients from Ocean forms may also be temporarily delayed, but will eventually be processed as normal when API access is restored for those affected sites.
February 6, 2026, 12:30 PM EST: We are seeing systems begin to recover and service has been restored for some users. We’ll continue to monitor closely.
February 6, 2026, 1:45 PM EST: TELUS PS Suite has rectified the issue, Sites can resume normal functionality of all Ocean products.
