9:36 AM EST: We are aware of an issue with TELUS PS Suite affecting Ocean Sites integrated with Cloud Connect this morning. This issue impacts Ocean's ability to properly connect and sync data to/from the EMR.
We are currently investigating the issue with TELUS and will continue to update this bulletin as more information becomes available.
11:35 AM EST: TELUS has traced the issue to a PS Suite update made during a scheduled maintenance over the weekend.
We have seen a decrease in error messages over the last ~1 hour. We will continue to monitor and update this bulletin.
12:57 PM EST: TELUS has confirmed that they have restored all EMR API functionality to normal operations.
We can confirm that Ocean's ability to properly connect and sync data to/from PS Suite EMR has also been restored.
This bulletin will now be marked as resolved.
