Avaros Integration Service Interruption December 23, 2025 [RESOLVED]

December 24, 2025 12:30 PM EST:   We have investigated this issue in coordination with Avaros Support and have not found any evidence that it is impacting the end-user experience of reviewing and updating referrals.   Users can continue with their regular workflows.   

December 23, 2025 3:06 PM EST: We are aware of an issue that is preventing Ocean from successfully delivering referral updates to Avaros EMR clients for both referral senders and receivers since December 16, 2025. We have notified Avaros Support and will update this notice as more information becomes available.

In the meantime, we recommend that Ocean users log in to the Ocean portal to review the status of new and active referrals:

  • Referral senders should review the “Awaiting Response” and “Needs Review” folders.

  • Referral receivers should review the “New” and “Needs Review” folders.
