OSCAR Pro Integration Service Interruption September 15, 2025 [RESOLVED]

10:00 AM EST: We are aware of an issue with some OSCAR Pro clients where some patients are unable to access Ocean Online Booking or confirm their appointments. We are currently investigating this issue and we will update this thread as further information is available. 

11:37 AM EST: We continue to investigate the issue and will update this announcement as further information is available.

12:19 PM EST: We have isolated the issue to an interaction between the new Cloud Connect container infrastructure released during the planned system maintenance on Friday night and a web service library used to communicate with OSCAR for Online Booking. 

In order to restore OSCAR Online Booking service, we will be rolling back to the previous Cloud Connect configuration so that we can continue to investigate in offline environments. Barring unexpected issues with the rollback, we expect OSCAR Online Booking service to be restored within the next 30 minutes.

12:55 PM EST: The rollback was successfully deployed. Ocean's Online Booking service has now been restored for all OSCAR users.
