Which User Roles require a Billing Number prior to sending an eReferral/eConsult?

The following User Roles require a Billing Number to be provided in the Clinical Contact Information section of the Ocean user account before an eReferral/eConsult can be sent in the Ocean Healthmap, or transcribed into Ocean using the 'New Inbound Referral' feature:

  • Family Physician
  • Specialist
  • Nurse Practitioner
