Prerequisites
- You must have Site Admin access and Two Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your Ocean Site in order to sign into Ocean Cloud Connect.
If a provider recently created an Ocean account, you may notice that their EMR Schedule does not appear to be syncing in Ocean. If this is the case, please follow the instructions below.

Log in to Ocean Cloud Connect and click "Edit Settings".
Note: You must have Site Admin access to log in to Cloud Connect.
