Referrals Re-opened via FHIR API Will Now Appear in the 'Pending Booking' Folder

Referrals in a terminal state (i.e. Cancelled, Completed, Declined) can be re-opened by changing their status back to 'active' state (i.e. Accepted) via the HL7 FHIR eReferral API.

Currently, this causes the referral to move to the 'Pending Booking' in the referral sender's Ocean Site. However, within the referral receiver's Ocean Site, the referral remains in the terminal state folder (i.e., Cancelled, Completed, Declined).
As of the Ocean Server Upgrade scheduled for release on the evening of July 25th, 2024, this behaviour will be changed such that the referral will also move into the 'Pending Booking' folder within the referral receiver's Ocean Site.
Please share this update with FHIR-integrated Receiver site users so that they are aware of the new location of re-opened referrals.
