December 12, 2025, 10:30 AM EST: We are aware of an issue impacting admin access when launching Ocean through Single Sign-On (SSO) from integrated systems. In some cases, Site Admin permissions are not being applied as expected after launching from the integrated EMR.
Admin access via the Ocean browser portal is not impacted. For admin features, affected users can log in directly to Ocean from a browser portal as a workaround.
We are actively investigating the issue and working on a fix. This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
December 12, 2025 3:40 PM EST: A fix for the issue impacting admin access when launching Ocean through Single Sign-On (SSO) from integrated systems will be released this evening. Following this release, admin access should be fully restored.
