11:50 AM EST: We are aware of a minor issue where, inside each referral, the Message Sent Date currently displays the Referral Sent Date instead of the actual message date.
This issue affects all referrals but is purely visual—no underlying data has been altered. PDFs, documents downloaded to the EMR, and the Event Log/Audit trail already show the correct message dates, and clinics can view the accurate date/time via Action › View Event Log in the referral record.
We have identified the root cause and will deploy a fix tonight (June 6 2025). After the update, the correct message dates will appear in the referral view. We will update this bulletin once the fix is live.
