We are aware of a limited issue that has delayed invoicing for SMS messages sent between June 6 and July 1, 2025. All SMS fees incurred during this period were not included in the June invoices, and will instead be added to the July invoices.
Importantly, patient communication was not affected and all messages were delivered as normal, this was purely an accounting delay.
