Ocean Cloud Connect Service Interruption for Friday, May 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET [COMPLETED]

We will do an emergency reboot of Cloud Connect at 3:00pm ET in order to reenable an authentication mechanism that two external systems (including OTN) used to connect to Ocean prior to last nights release. The release contained an upgraded security library that had by default disabled this particular mechanism. We expect the reboot to take approximately 5 minutes during which time Ocean may be unable to send or receive data from integrated EMRs. This may also temporarily block patient's ability to complete an online appointment booking.
