This version of the Ocean eReferral PS Suite custom form includes the following changes:
- Two new buttons have been added:
- Add PSS Pending Test/Consult - This button will add a pending test to the PSS chart to assist in tracking the referral. As before, sites may be configured to add pending tests automatically. However, this button can be used to add the pending test manually in the event that it is missing.
- Add PSS Internal Message - This button will send the follow-up message ("yellow sticky") to the PSS chart to assist with the follow-up of the referral. As before, most sites are configured to add these PSS messages automatically for the eReferral. However, this button can be used to send the message manually in the event that it is missing.
- The final summary note, created after the eReferral is finished, has been updated to include more information when the eReferral was not finished in the usual manner (such as when it was declined or canceled).
- An additional safety check has been included to ensure the form cannot be inserted into the wrong patient chart.
