3.39 fixes two potential bugs:
- After upgrading to 3.38, some client machines were behaving as if the Ocean settings were not initialized, by asking clients whether they would like to sign up for an Ocean account, or use an existing one. Now each machine should correctly read the site number and behave as before.
- The patient status could sometimes be misread by the client in certain network configurations (due to the use of an HTTP status code)
