Version 3.89 of the Ocean custom form contains the following changes:
- The Remove button has been changed to a more obvious aqua "Close" button to assist users in closing the dialog when the form is used in popup mode
- Additional safety checks are included to compensate for the changes made in PS Suite 5.9.304+ that can lead to custom form field value population failures
