Cloud Connect Performance Degradation October 19, 2022 [RESOLVED]

At 10:40am EST, we became aware of users experiencing degraded performance with Cloud Connect. We traced the issue to a particular workflow within Ocean. A fix has been implemented, and normal Cloud Connect performance has been restored.
