How do I resubmit a cancelled or declined eReferral/eConsult?

If an eReferral/eConsult is cancelled or declined, it can be resubmitted by the sender or recipient at any time by using the 'Resubmit' option within the 'Action' menu.

If necessary, the original sender can update or add additional information to their referral form answers prior to resubmitting by pressing the pencil icon within the 'Referral Form Summary' area.
